Yelena Isinbayeva boyfriend: Jorge Balliengo photos; Olympic romance

Jorge Balliengo and Yelena Isinbayeva (or Yelena Isinbaeva) are friends since Athens 2004, or before... But now it seems that it is an official new romance in Beijing 2008 Olympic Village. TV News Program from Argentina confirms it.

Apparently, the Russian pole-vaulter visited him to Argentina many times and the Rosarian thrower often sees her when he travels to Europe.

You know that Yelena is record woman, but he also has records: he is the best South American discus thrower in the history (including Brazil, of course) . He was injured last year but could qualify to Beijing 2008.

It seems that Novak Djokovic and Leryn Franco makes them to think a lot about romances in China. Congratulations Yelena and Jorge!

Yelena Isinbayeva, the recordwoman

Yelena Isinbayeva broke the pole vault world record for the second time this month, vaulting 5.04m in Monaco. She is the first athlete this year to break a world record twice. Her last world record before 2008 dates to 2005.

It was the seventh time that an athletics world record has been broken in 2008. Isinbayeva improved the world record for the 15th time. Sergey Bubka improved the men’s pole vault world record 17 times in his career.
